Product concept and definition
Btwice transforms client’s idea into a final product ready for production. As a first step, we identify the needs, analyze the market and give our client the general lines of the product style and specifications.
Validation and homologation
We have a wide experience conducting validation tests, following international standards or procedures agreed with the customer, and a solid background in regulatory compliance for different markets.
Engineering
From sketches to production plans, going through 3D modeling, augmented reality, calculation and simulation, we use state of the art engineering tools to reduce project times and achieve high quality results. Born in the industry, Btwice always works with Design For Manufacturing and Assembly criteria, creating products suitable for the production technology that meets customer’s processes.
Industrialization
We support our clients in their manufacturing and supply chain activities, helping them to achieve their goals in terms of quality and costs when the project enters into production stages.
Prototyping
Btwice facilities are equipped for manufacturing parts and building complete prototypes, either for styling and show purposes or for engineering testing activities.
Consulting services
Btwice team background and experience allows the company to conduct technical audits related to product and industrialization and to provide consultancy in areas such as manufacturing and product strategy.
